Booking

Rooms can be booked online on this website by clicking on The Rooms page on the menu to your left and then selecting the room of your choice. Please note that you choose to book online you will be required to pay for the full cost of your stay in advance.

Alternatively you can contact Charlotte direct to book and by booking this way you will be asked for the cost of your first night as a deposit. We take most major credit cards or bank cheques made payable to Hill Street Hotels Limited.

We advise you to book online or pay by cheque to avoid credit card commission (there is no booking fee for online booking) - if you book by telephone and pay by credit or debit card there is an additional £2.50 charge.

Check-in times: 3.00 pm – 9.00 pm (bags may be left earlier by prior arrangement)
Check out by: 11.00 am

We would appreciate it if you could contact us prior to your arrival date to confirm your likely arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be confirmed in writing and provided we have received this more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your payment will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total price of your stay will be payable. If the cancellation is made within 3 days of your arrival date, the total cost of your stay will be payable.
